BIOBUILD reserves the right to sell or market any unit to another prospective client until a formal agreement is finalized.

LANDOWNER & JOINT VENTURE INQUIRIES

Preliminary discussions regarding land development, joint ventures, or property partnerships are non-binding and create no fiduciary relationship. Either party may terminate preliminary talks at any time without liability. A joint venture is legally formed only upon the signing of a formal Joint Venture Agreement.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Quoted property prices on the Website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a Definitive Agreement, quoted prices exclude utility connection fees, registration charges, stamp duties, statutory taxes, and VAT.
